User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.163 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I opened Firefox after updating to Pop!_OS 20.04 (based on Ubuntu 20.04).

Actual results:

The titlebar was shown.

Expected results:

The titlebar shouldn't have been drawn, and toggling on and off the setting don't change anything, also rebooting, playing with environment variables regarding CSD etc.

Using Firefox nightly 77 had the same issue.

Assigning "Core - Widget: Gtk" component.

Component: Untriaged → Widget: Gtk
Product: Firefox → Core

can you attach output of this terminal command?

env | grep XDG

thanks.

Resetting severity to default of --.

Can you try to run firefox in terminal with:

MOZ_GTK_TITLEBAR_DECORATION=system firefox

and

MOZ_GTK_TITLEBAR_DECORATION=client firefox

and check if any version works for you?
Thanks.

(In reply to Martin Stránský [:stransky] from comment #5)

Can you try to run firefox in terminal with:

MOZ_GTK_TITLEBAR_DECORATION=system firefox

and

MOZ_GTK_TITLEBAR_DECORATION=client firefox

and check if any version works for you?
Thanks.

The first command didn't work but the other one does:

MOZ_GTK_TITLEBAR_DECORATION=client firefox

Thank you, I'll use this as a workaround for the time.
