Steps to reproduce:

Select> Web developer tools > Device

Actual results:

Unable to scroll through all devices in drop down menu.

Expected results:

Should be able to scroll through all devices in drop down menu to select desired emulation device in list of devices.

Moving to correct component, labeling as accessibility bug with access-p1 priority because this prevents keyboard users from using the feature.

Thanks for filing! This is a regression caused by Bug 1610594 and we're actively working on a fix in Bug 1620098.

I'll mark this issue as a duplicate of Bug 1620098 since the problem described here is similar, but please feel free to re-open if this is not the case.
