- Open https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses on mobile
- Open one menu.
- Scroll down.
- Open another menu.
ER:
- Doesn't jump.
AR:
- Massive jumps because scroll anchoring fails to do its thing.
It seems it is because of an overflow: hidden element containing the whole page, see bug 1520581.
