Steps to reproduce:
Adding search engines doesnt work, they only appear in the settings menu, not in the popular section in newtab (also cant add them there) and dont appear with @ in the searchbar.
Actual results:
Tried adding Youtube, Wikipedia, and other searches and none worked, cant invoke them with @ nor add them in popular section in newtab
Expected results:
The search engine should be properly added to all relevant sections and be available with an @ in the searchbar

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

The @ list is currently hard-coded so can't be changed. We have bug 1526983 on file for expanding that.
In preferences, in the one-click search engines section, you can double-click under the keyword column and add a keyword there.
