Details

When starting Firefox so that it restores a session and loads a web page, quantumbar looks like it is focused, even though focus is in the content area.
Getting quantumbar to look like normal (small) requires one to focus something else in the chrome, for example search field if that is visible.

I would guess this behavior is only Nightly 77, in which case this is a Nightly regression and a dupe after bug 1628731. Please reopen if that is not the case.
