Rida,

Thanks for reporting, and I'm sorry you ran into this! Can you tell us a bit more about what happened when you tried to start the browser? Did it freeze completely before fully opening, or freeze on a tab, or something else? Also, can you try starting your browser in safe mode and let us know what happens then?

I'm on my 73 version if I upgrade my browser to 75.0 version and restart it, the Firefox window open normally but there is some zoom in like the search bar it looks bigger , I can't write in the search bar, I can click on some buttons like the close button on the top right but they did nothing, I can only close it from the Task Manager.

PS: I try to downgrade it and upgrade it again but steel the same problem, I download the 75.0 version and install it directly and nothing, I'm stacking on the 73 version.

I'm going to shift this bug over to the team that's working on the address bar as it sounds like it's related to that specific feature.

Firefox 75 has a new address bar that expands when you use it, so that explains why you saw that it's bigger than before.

I can't write in the search bar, I can click on some buttons like the close button on the top right but they did nothing, I can only close it from the Task Manager.

This is a different problem. It sounds like Firefox was frozen and not responding to your input, is that right? If you try in safe mode, does it still happen?

Yes i think so, it's a deferent problem, Firefox was totally frozen, and I can't try the safe mode it's frozen nothing happen when I click on it.

All right, well it's hard to say why it's frozen without more info, and it's hard to get more info if it's frozen, unless you could attach a debugger to it.

Resetting severity to default of --.

Rida, does this problem still happen in the latest version of Firefox?
