Move the "Show sidebars" toolbar icon to the left of the address bar (since the sidebar opens to the left by default)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Firefox
  2. Run Firefox
  3. Click "Show sidebars" toolbar icon

What happens:

The sidebar opens on left side of browser window

Expected result:

The sidebar should open near the "Show sidebars" icon. Given that the sidebar has been on the left forever, it makes sense to move the toolbar icon to the left side.
