1629946 - Add region and distribution ID information onto about:support

In supporting users with Search Engine issues, one of the most frequent things I need is the value browser.search.region preference as well as the Internationalisation & Localisation information.

I think we should just add those to the about:support page - so we can do a simple request to users for the information without having to ask them to go into the about:config page.

Expanding to include distribution ID since that's going to be useful to know for search configurations as well.
