[Steps:]
  1. Launch Firefox with a new profile and go to sogou.com
  2. Fill in the username and password and focus out of the fields.
  3. Once the grey icon is displayed, click on it.
[Actual result:]

Dismissed doorhanger is displayed containing only the password. Username is not caught.

[Expected result:]

Dismissed doorhanger is displayed containing username and password.

[Regression range:]

Introduced via the implementation of Dismissed Doorhanger, Bug 1536728.

Might be the same rootcause as the one from bug 1540664!?
