Steps to reproduce:

Opened some tabs. Used Save All Tab URLs extension.

Actual results:

Only select (assuming recent) tabs were reported as having a URL, others reported about:blank

Expected results:

All URLs should be reported, even if inactive

Resetting severity to default of --.
