using an installer build, I get no icons in the chrome/icons directory (I do not
even get that directory). consequently, mozilla windows have no icons.


I suppose this happens on 1.1 branch as well.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. d/l installer build
2.  install
3. start mozilla

Actual Results:  windows should have an icon other than the default

Expected Results:  they don't

grr forgot to mention, this is probably because entries for the icons are not
present in packages-unix.

Same with .tar.gz builds from 1.1latest.
