Details
Using Build 2002081604 (Windows)
Navigation bar Forward and Back buttons, Menu Bar _Go|Back and Forward items,
and mouse right click (button 3) pop-up menu forward and back items all GREYED
OUT and inoperative.
same symptoms observed installing over old version, as well as doing a fresh
install after un-installing. Persists through Mozilla restarts.
Makes navigation difficult.

try a newer build - this seams to be a temporary regression.

I'm getting the same problem over here with 2002081604.
Same behavior for the last couple days. This sort of
bug is pretty much a showstopper.

try to delete the mozilla.org directory except the plugin folder. Then
re-install mozilla with the latest nightly build.
