Access the "Open Web Location" option by mouse or keyboard method. The newly
opened dialog will not receive input (save Esc, serving to dismiss) until a
focus click wakens the bones.
[Assigning to HTML Dialogs rather than Event Handling as joki@netscape.com
attends the W3C - yes?]
more fun: if you press Tab while the dialog is displayed, it throbs with every
press as the 'Open in new window' bit receives/loses focus, and you can never
(apparently) tab to the OK button.

Event handling. I believe hyatt and saari are all over this

The haughty stiffness of the "Open Web Location" dialog is now selective rather
than general... this bug, therefore, is no longer extant.
Shall other bugs (such as that mentioned by cpratt@netscape.com, and les autres)
be filed at this report?

Haughty stiffness? Oh my. Yes, focus is automatically put in the right place in
this one dialog. (Alas, you still need to manually click OK, but hey...)
Verified in the 1999121408 build under NT. Doesn't happen for me using the
1999121508 build on Linux, but I believe it's my window manager at fault there.
Additionally, you still can't tab the OK button, but that's going to be another
bug I suppose. Marking this one verified fixed.
