Details

Monopacker generates named images in each cloud, but the backing resource differ and are tagged and accounted for differently between clouds.

In AWS, AMIs have associated snapshots and volumes. Packer does not tag these backing resources by default.

We should investigate the backing resources used by images in GCP and Azure to tag and account for these properly.
