1631309 - Setting "apz.allow_zooming" to "true" causes selection on webpage when scrolling with the scrollbar

Steps to reproduce:

I can reproduce by following these steps:

start firefox
go to "about:config"
set "apz.allow_zooming" to true
scrolling on any website using the scrollbar

I can always reproduce this on reddit.com and youtube.com however I can't reproduce it on instagram.com and bugzilla.mozilla.org/home, for example.

Actual results:

The website scrolls but text and images on the website are also being selected, blue highlight.

Expected results:

Just scrolls, nothing should be selected.

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue, should be fixed soon via bug 1556556.
