Hi,
I was unable to reproduce the issue you've reported on my machines win 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 on Firefox 75(polish build), with dark mode and DuckDuckGo or google as a default search engine.

If the issue still persists, please test it using a new profile, you can find the steps to do that below:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

If you did not reproduce it using a new profile can you please tell us your customizations from about:home and about:newtab, as well as
the extension list.

Thank you!

My Firefox install on my other computer is around 4 days old, and it also happens, and the machine has wiledly diffrent specs. I think thatt can be considered a new profile ? A 4 day install ?

about:newtab and :home and the same for me. I have disabled everything except the search bar and "From mozilla". But on my other PC i also have "From Mozilla" disabled and it still happens. It doesnt seem to happen if i have anything else enabled.

I can share my list of extensions that can affect displayed content if that would help, but i got them disabled or have them ignore about:* if they dont do it by default

Hi, please could you try having the browser console open when switching tabs, see if you can reproduce the issue and see if any errors or messages appear when it happens?

If you go to the three-bar menu -> Web Developer -> Browser Console (not web console), then you'll get a separate window come up. You can leave that open for a bit whilst you're trying to reproduce.

If you're able to reproduce, please right-click on that window and select all, then copy (ctrl-c) and paste into an attachment on this bug.

The first few lines were repeated hella times even before i got the bug to appear
