Is there any reason for keeping these tests? Does removing them speed up any aspect of the program? How much of a patch would it be to remove?

Brian, can we remove these tests? It would unlock finding more uncovered files that we could get rid of.

I don't see any reason not to remove them, so long as they are/were only covering XBL functionality and not just accessing moz-bindings as part of a broader test. Though I'd be surprised if these are uniquely providing coverage for other files.
