The current telemetry implementation for CFR experiments follows by the convention - a CFR experiment is defined by adding a cohort property into the pref json string browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.providers.cfr.
This convention is now invalidated by the new experiment setup with x-man. We should update the CFR telemetry implementation to reflect those changes.
