1631502 - Occasionally discarded tabs' titles are lost, and their url are displayed instead

Not sure when this started, maybe 4-5 months ago.

I'm a tab hoarder. I use about 660 tabs.
I set Nightly to always restore the previous session.
Sometimes when I launch Nightly, some of the tabs titles are lost, and instead their url is displayed.
Clicking that unnamed tab always works btw, and no other related issues are observed.

This seems to be random and doesn't happen frequently, so using mozregression to see when this regressed / disabling all of my addons / trying to see if this reproduces on a new profile won't be of much help.

Addons installed:
Auto Replay for YouTube
IDM
Tab Counter
Tab Session Manager
uBlock Origin

Tab Session Manager is in place as a second backup to Firefox internal session managament (set to save the session every 15 minutes), and is not actually used to load/restore sessions.

Interestingly, most (all?) of the unnamed discarded tabs I see are bugzilla's...

Here's an example.
After updating Nightly, the focused tab is the one I had before updating, and the other 3 tabs in the middle (2 phabricator and 1 bugzilla) have lost their title.

Setting priority is no longer part of current triage processes, clearing needinfo.
