163166 - Site icon in tab doesn't match location bar

Open a new tab and go to the USPS package tracking site at
http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm.
Note that the icon in the tab and in the location box are the same (a red swirl).
Enter something (doesn't matter) in the receipt number box and click Go.
Note that the icon in the location box changes (to a Netscape logo), but the
icon in the tab remains the same (red swirl).
Click the back button.
Note that the icon in the tab becomes a Netscape logo, and the icon in the
location box becomes a red swirl.

The icon in the location box seems to always be accurate, but the icon in the
tab isn't always updated properly. Resizing the window, or otherwise forcing a
redraw, causes the icon in the tab to update itself to match the icon in the
locaton box.

This is in Chimera/2002081605.

I can't confrim this bug using the 2003081002 NB.

Testcase still WFM (both turn to netscape server logo) & I don't remember seeing
this since my last comment.. only tab funniness is the stuck "Loading..." on
downloads
