Although I have landed inputmode support for Android, Windows and Linux/GTK on Nightly, I would like to turn on this on Android's release channel at first. Desktop will be next train? (due to bug 1625822?)

inputmode attribute is used by software keyboard, so let's tun on this on
GeckoView at first.
