Tested on:

Windows 10
Windows 7
Mac OS 10.13
Ubuntu 18.04

Steps:

1. Reach www.zhanqi.tv and go to the the sign in form.
2. Input an username/password and tap ENTER.
3. Chose to save the credentials when prompted by the save doorhanger.
4. Re-open/refresh the login page.

Actual result:

The username and password are NOT being auto-filled.

Expected result:

The username and password should be auto-filled.

Regression range:

This is not a recent regression, the issue can be traced back to at least version 65.

Logins are available in the context menu so P3 (hopefully they are also available in autocomplete?)
