Steps to reproduce:

Press ctrl+shift+tab.

Actual results:

Unlike ctrl+tab, the keybinding doesn't work when the tab switcher is not already opened.

Expected results:

It should open the tab-switcher and switch one tab back.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
