Details

On the theory that telling people that "X number of people have been emailed" might be a bit intimidating and at odds with our ideas that dupes are cheap and encouraging people to file bugs is the right thing, I'd like to propose that we ditch that notification outright.

I think it's an implementation detail we don't need to show our users.
