The test fails on Android (debug and release) but passes on all other platforms (Windows, Linux, OS X)

@gbrown: just to be clear (since this issue was filed via the intermittent-bug-filer), it seems this is not an intermittent failure, but it's likely to always fail. The test was just executed once on a try run and won't fail in the future, because it's currently annotated with skip-if. Hence it could be worth reconsidering the priority of this ticket.
