16322 - [DOGFOOD] I can't seem to postform data on bugzilla this morning

With my linux tree today (up to date), I attempted to modify a bug using
bugzilla. when I try to log on to bugzilla.org by entering my login and
password, the form data doesn't appear to get processed.

I get the following errors reported back to me in the browser window:
Software Error:
Couldn't get form data at CGI.pl line 595.
Please send mail to......


I get the same message when I try to post a comment to a bugzilla bug.

Marking this as DOGFOOD for the PDT team to examine.

I just verified that the problem happens on windows too. I attempted to modify a
bug and hit submit. I saw the same message in my bug report. Changing platform
to all.

The OS wasn't listed as all, so I changed it.
In addition, on Linux at least, there is other form weirdness with M10.
For instance, when I enter a new bug in Bugzilla, hitting Tab while entering
text in a text field causes extremely bizarre behavior.
I reliably reproduced this:
Action Step                  Result
------------------------     -------
1. Type in a text field         text shows up
2. Hit Tab                      focus changes to next item
3. Select text field            focus changes back to text item
4. Hit Tab                      focus changes to item after next [Whoa!]
5. Select text field            focus changes back to text item
6. Hit Tab                      focus changes to 3rd item after [Whoa!]
In addition, when I used the arrow keys to move to the first character and line
of several wrapped lines of text within the text area, then hit enter, my cursor
went to the last line of the text area, and no blank line was inserted. This is
most bizarre (and I don't mean in the sense of "the Cathedral and the __").
(Sorry if all this should have been a seperate bug, I've been bitten over dupes
before)

The form posting bug is a dup of one I fixed yesterday (bug 16450, 11979, 16576,
there were others).


The tab order bug is a dup of bug 9784.
