What are the steps to print to PDF on the different platforms?

I know on ubuntu/linux there's a system dialog which has a "print to file" but I don't know that we get information back from that about where the user opted to save the file. We would need that for the target of the Download object we'll add the downloads list. I assume the source would be whatever the current URI was which got fed into the print to PDF pipeline.

It sounds like this work is blocked on the new print preview work. Until we have something more specific on file, I'll block this on the meta bug.
