The link pointed but the "File a Bug" menu has become obsolete and leads to a
page with this text:

 The number you have reached
    has been disconnected.

The new number is
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?format=guided

Please adjust your links accordingly.

So the link should be updated to avoid this extra step and to avoid some paranoia.
