Steps to reproduce:

Just try to open a link in new tab and click a link to open it in a new tab.

Actual results:

but Open in new tab menu don't show there.

Expected results:

Open in new tab menu must show there.

I tried to replicate this on windows10 64bit and also on windows7 64bit using

Firefox 76.0b8 Beta
Firefox 77.0a1 Nightly
Firefox 75.0 Release

I was able to see the the menu properly when i right click on a link.

please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.

A number of people have been having this issue but we've never been able to figure out what causes it.

Does this happen every time you open the browser? That is, if you quit Firefox completely, and reopen, does the problem happen again?

Can you attach a copy of about:support raw data (open about:support in the URL bar, then click "copy raw data to clipboard", then open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=1632486&action=enter and paste there) ? Thank you!
