Extend the telemetry-tests-client suite with a test focused on verifying Desktop Firefox is sending correct Glean pings.

Integration tests for FOG are currently blocked on client-side work.

Jan-Erik, would you mind adding the relevant bugs as blockers?

Filed and linked 2 bugs. The second one (C++ API) might not be needed for a first test.
We might get away with testing e.g. the deletion-request ping on togglinge the pref.
