Per https://github.com/w3c/webappsec-csp/issues/279 Chrome already supports this. Note that if the origin is isolated this should also affect AgentClusterId.

https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/22804 has some tests.

FWIW, it's somewhat self-evident how this should work for dedicated and shared workers, but service workers is less clear to me.
