User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open DevTools' "Network" tab
  2. Navigate to a site which loads content with many requests. In the example, https://www.google.com/ was used
  3. Start clicking on requests one by one, until more than one automatically become selected

System info:

  • Gentoo linux with kernel 5.2.5, 64-bit
  • firefox 75.0 (firefox-bin from gentoo repository)
  • firefox-nightly 77.0a1 2020-04-24

Actual results:

Multiple requests got selected, and none of the selected ones can be selected by itself.

Now, in the right pane, only one of the request/response pairs can be inspected.

Expected results:

Only one request should be selected.

@Mak, I have a test Linux build (and Max and Win) with a patch that could fix the problem. Can you please test it on your machine and let me know if you see any improvements?

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=806715efa8d69853d084bcfd85cc95b8c7184bdb&selectedTaskRun=ckZJ9z-4TaysMo2ui2bJVg-0

You can download the build target.tar.bz2 from the Job Details tab available at the bottom of the page.

I can't reproduce the issue on my machine.

Thanks,
Honza

Hi @Honza,

I can confirm I was able to select every single request on google.com, both HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2.

@Mak: just to make sure I understand. You are saying that the problem is fixed for you in the build I provided, correct?
