163316 - should add the "move tab to other window" feature as in galeon

galeon has a nice feature "move tab to other window" and provides a list of
other browser windows which are currently open.  it's a nice feature mozilla
should add.

also from galeon, it'd be nice to to have the option of the close tab button on
each tab instead of the current option of a single close current tab button.

Reporter, please look for duplicates first. And file only 1 item per bug-report
(how can we file this bug as a duplicate then ?)

move tab to other window : see bug 102132 (although slightly different)
close-button per tab : bug 108938 (and that's a WONTFIX)
