Steps to reproduce:

Use Ctrl-Shift-Tab

When using Ctrl-Tab - the tab switch dialog appears and you can select tab to switch to.
After using Ctrl-Tab, you can add the Shift key to move backwards in the tabs list.

  • But - if you start with Ctrl-Shift-Tab nothing happens.

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

Tab switch dialog should appear
