Whenever an alternate stylesheet is chosen, any time you reload the page or come
back to the page, it goes back to the default CSS.  I'm not sure if this is a
bug or just a feature for the wishlist.  However, I notice that Galeon (1.2.5)
does exhibit the expected behavior.  Mozilla 1.0, on the other hand, always goes
back to the default stylesheet.

For example, go to http://www.jasondixon.net.  Select the "Black" alternate
stylesheet, then click reload.  Or, select the alternate, go to another site,
then come back to the site again.  On both tests, Mozilla goes back to the
default style.
