Bug 1631312 changed code that is only compiled on Windows, so the two linux regressions seem mis-attributed.

Two of the regression are linux. But one is Windows. That one is still valid.

This is the same regression as bug 1611800. We just accidentally disabled DirectComposition in bug 1630629 and bug 1631312 reenabled it.
