I see that /clear-site-data/executionContexts.sub.html is expected timeout:
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/meta/clear-site-data/executionContexts.sub.html.ini
I have verified locally on windows 10 that this is accounting for all the tests in the file.
it fails on the create and load iframe call:
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/clear-site-data/executionContexts.sub.html#10
while loading:
https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/clear-site-data/support/iframe_executionContexts.html
I assume this is either a bad test or a bug in firefox.

:ckerschb, here is another bug, I suspect there will be a few more in this area as I finish my list of tests that timeout

Baku, you are the better person to answer things related to clear-site-data.

See bug 1635189 and https://github.com/w3c/webappsec-clear-site-data/issues/59. The test should be disabled. I'm pushing a patch.
