WebRender being disabled makes no difference.
Updating the drivers to the latest resolves the issue.

Updating the drivers to the latest resolves the issue.
So it looks like GPU driver issue, not Mozilla Firefox one. Closing as INVALID.

Broken driver is 445.75 & 445.78.
445.87 should be working fine.
Bug #1625857 will be probably blacklist these GPU drivers versions.
Resolution: INVALID → DUPLICATE
