If a user desires to run a perftest multiple times, (e.g. to increase confidence in the result), e.g. --browsertime-cycles 10 the tests will run the specified number of times.
However the results, artifacts/browsertime-results will be overwritten as each cycle runs.
Expectation is that all results are stored for later analysis.
