Since I've updated to Fedora32 from fedora 31, I'm seeing this bug again.
fedora 32 comes with gtk3-3.24.20-1.fc32.x86_64

This happens after every restart of an update.

Do you use waylan or is it x11? Can you reproduce that with FF which comes with Fedora or is that nightly only?
Thanks.

I wouldn't restart with the build coming from fedora as I update these with dnf.

I think I have seen it with Gnome Wayland as well. (besides bug 1630251 on KDE/X11)
