Currently, the alerts' summaries statuses are updated manually. They should be updated as the linked bug changes its status.

I don't think we should automatically update the alert status when the linked bug is updated. There is value in having a sheriff review the bug status and determine if it is accurate and if the alert should be updated. It would however be useful in Perfherder to indicate when a linked bug is resolved, possibly by striking through the bug number in the alert summary. It would also be useful to show a list of alerts where the related bugs have been resolved. This would help the sheriffs to follow up these alerts. Let's repurpose it for showing an indication of the bug status.
