As we start rolling out WR to more users, it would be helpful to have more information in about:support to understand why certain drivers are still blocked.

For example: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/6cd54550a27e2f6ca0755a25328f769e41e524f4/widget/windows/GfxInfo.cpp#1762

Ideally we could include both FEATURE_FAILURE_WEBRENDER_INTEL_BAD_DRIVER, and "Intel driver >= 21.20.16.4590" in about:support
