Consider adding a confirm prompt for users who may have accidentally clicked 'restart to update'.

Details

Nightly users may be so used to hitting "restart to update" that it might be done almost without thinking.

One easy to check for interaction would be video content. If the user has video content playing in the active tab, prompt to confirm.
