This bug is for enabling the submission of perfherder data from raptor/browsertime test runs where profiling is enabled. It should be possible to split it from the normal pageload data with the extraOptions entries. See comment #1 here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1635522#c1

We should also ensure that we explicitly set shouldAlert to False for tests run with the profiler enabled.

We're migrating all raptor-webext tests to browsertime.
