Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable search bar.
2. Focus search bar

What happens:

Blue box/border appears inside of search box.

Expected result:

Prior to regression.

I see the issue, the address bar css was updated but it didn't get applied to the search bar as well.

verifiex fix on ubuntu 18.04 64bit using latest nightly and also on macOs 10.15
Windows did not appear to have the issue.
