and loaded different from messages with type 'remote-settings'

I have verified that the "messaging-experiments" provided is displayed on the "about:newtab#devtools" page.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (78.0a1 Build ID - 20200520033931) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.4, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
