Every now and then, I run across something that I know is plain text, but
the web server decides to serve it up as something different, so Mozilla
gives me the "You have chosen to download a file of type" dialog.  If I want
to simply view it, then, I have to save it to a local text file and open it.
It would be helpful if there was an option to say "it's plain text, just
show it to me".  (The above URL is an example of this.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL (http://oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/mathml/1.0/index.shtml)
2. Click on testmath.xml

Actual Results:  
Mozilla asks me what I want to do with a document of type XML: I can open it
with another application, or save it to disk.

Expected Results:  
I'd like to be able to have Mozilla simply show it to me, as plain text
(which is what it is).

(Sorry if this is a dupe ... I didn't find any, but I'm not sure how
it might be described.)

This is a tough one to search for because there are several ways to describe it
(open file in browser, view as plain text, etc), none of which contain uncommon
words.  The best search I can find is 'file handling text' in quicksearch, which
returns 13 bugs, including bug 57342.
