Steps to reproduce:

Hover over an link which should change your cursor.

Actual results:

Cursor doesn't change to the "hand2" icon.

Expected results:

Cursor should change to a different icon as it does in X11.

Apparently, updating my system packages with Firefox still being v76.0 fixed this issue. I'm guessing this is not on Firefox's end.
