Steps to reproduce:

For windows developers, the how_to_contribute_firefox.rst page should precise that the mach commands have to be executed via the start-shell.bat (provided in the MozillaBuild Package)

the english version of the windows build instructions works perfectly (just tested the bootstrap, build and run on windows 10)
