Add workarounds for:
- https://unicode-org.atlassian.net/browse/ICU-20992
- https://unicode-org.atlassian.net/browse/CLDR-13184
- https://unicode-org.atlassian.net/browse/CLDR-13623
to avoid displaying the placeholder "├ ┤" parentheses from ICU and instead use normal parentheses. And to avoid displaying "F14", “F12” and “F10”.
